- As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you must be highly conscientious and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- You must also be very detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks & projects
- It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within and outside of the organization
- Minimum five years of experience providing executive level support

- Expert level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Responsibilities
- As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to provide advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support while covering a variety of different tasks and duties
- Will handle a variety of situations, involving clerical and/or administrative functions of the office or business unit without involving the executive
- Interfaces with company executives and other individuals both internally and externally on matters relating to the day-to-day operation of the department or business unit; these matters can, at times, be of a confidential nature
- Responds to questions by identifying and implementing workable solutions to problems with minimal guidance from executive
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; conversing with outside officials
- Maintains VP’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
- Demonstrate a high ethical standard when handling confidential information and files
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Preparing special reports as requested; gathering, analyzing and summarizing data
- Program coordination and project management skills
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems
- Provide backup support to other company executives and their assistants
- This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check
